Eugene Slabbert is a registered architect with over 38 years of experience in building designs, covering extreme weather conditions in harbour buildings and multi-storey apartment and office buildings. He has amassed a vast amount of knowledge in construction detailing for these conditions. He has worked for major architecture and engineering firms in South Africa, Australia and New Zealand. He has a particular interest in new developments and techniques for weatherproofing.

Michael Price has 36 years of experience in the construction industry. He is a fully qualified quantity surveyor and member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (M.R.I.C.S). Cost and financial analysis of building values are his mainstays.His exposure to New Zealand construction ranges from heading teams working on major works such as the Middlemore surgical suite and accident and emergency complexes to major and minor residential building work. He has extensive experience of all aspects of new build and refurbishment work.

Alan Jones has worked in the field of supervision and project management for over 37 years. He worked in residential building construction for most of his career, but has also been extensively involved in some of this country’s major construction works during the so called Think Big era. Alan has wide experience in project management with a huge amount of solution orientated, hands on knowledge of weathertight construction methods and techniques.

Allan McMillan has over 20 years of experience in the industry with a solid trade background as a carpenter. He combines project management skills with solution- orientated thinking. His knowledge of current regulations and the acceptable solutions to them has proved itself time and again. His focus these days is on housing and, in particular, weathertight building solutions.
